Qi EnergyFlow™ (QEF) incorporates the ancient health and longevity sciences of Martial Arts, Taiji (Tai Chi) and Qigong addressing the physical, mental and spiritual challenges of today.  Qi EnergyFlow™ is delivered through the following core classes:

Qi60™ Breathe + Move

A 60 minute Qi EnergyFlow™ class designed to improve overall strength, balance, flexibility, bone density, cognitive functions & energy circulation. Also helps to relieve stress, anxiety, high blood pressure & depression.

The benefits of Qi60™ are acquired through the following class components:

Qigong - a series of movements that help balance mental, physical and spiritual challenges in everyday life, with classes changing quarterly in practice of Four Seasons Qigong.

Taiji - our gentle Taiji movements are easily adaptable to anyone, from the very fit, to people recovering from surgery.

Meditation - Both Qigong and Taiji are considered a form of ‘moving meditation’. We will also end each Qi60™ class with a short guided meditation that will motivate you to seek your higher being.
